Yep that is the word for today, resigned.
Whenever, whatever. There is not much I can do. I am just tired of waiting. You know it is like being pregnant and everyone calls you 20 times a day when your due date has come and go. I am going to put the same message on the the answering machine. "Stop calling/asking until you hear from me because it has not happened yet. When it does I will call you." That message.
So resigned, that is the word for today.

Wow, I am so sorry to hear that you are still facing delays getting back home. Sort of like Dorothy in Oz. Soon, you will click your shoes and be home again. Your home will be so awesome too with all the new things you picked out.
