First Day of school

Well I am emotionally drained. It was a long day for me. LOL. I got the girls up. made breakfast, lunches and sent them off. Princess Seriously could not get to school fast enough. Princess Girly Girl was fine until she got into line and I saw her little lip quiver. She said when she got in the classroom she teared up and had to blink back the tears. She got a great teacher but there was only one kid in the class that she knew. The highlight was getting to sit where ever you wanted for lunch. She found her friends and she said she felt a lot better. PS got all the classes she wanted but the wrong lunch period. This afternoon she found out another good friend had the same lunch. They arranged a meeting place and now they are both happy.

I, on the hand had the house clean by 9:30 am and then IM'ed a friend and said now what? She laughed. An email friend said shopping time. I laughed. Tomorrow will be busy, the days are quickly filling up. *SIDE NOTE* The roof on the house is 100% approved.

After school it was paper work, stories about the day and giggles as we laughed about what I did. Then it was time to go off to swimming. PGG decided that ballet is NOT for her. She wants to swim. Tonight she got tested. She made it into a great class. So now she is excited. ONE LESS place for me to drive.

So there you go. The first day of school for us.
