Want to know what I did yesterday? Really you want to know? Ok, twist my arm. I was talking with the contractor. Yep. Really.

I have assignments. I need to go pick paint colors. I need to go pick tile. I need to go pick bathroom stuff (like a sink and toilet), the carpet and can go start looking at bathroom stuff :)

We talking in length about the kitchen. I had no idea I had a drop ceiling in there. So changing that out will make a huge difference. I had no idea. The excitement is hard to contain, because it finally seems like there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

We were at the house this weekend. I was so hot and wanted to swim but the water was too cold. Dang the gas to the house is turned off, so that means that there is no gas to heat the pool. But Dh went to go get some dinner and there we sat in the backyard eating at the patio table and just chatting. It was almost in tears because for a brief moment it felt like we were home.

I can not wait to be home...
