Life, can it slow down?

Does it seem like it is speeding along too fast? Is it only me? Here is what is upcoming.

Princess Seriously is almost done with her freshman year. Where the heck did it go? We found out that she broke a school record swimming her 500 freestyle. When did she get old enough to do that? I am gonna have a sophomore here soon. That make me sad becasue as much as I would like to string her up some days, other days I want to make her small and cute and cuddly again. YOu know sometimes she ever does things like make dinner. It maybe simple but I am grateful for her even doing it. She can fully clean the kitchen and that is awesome in my book.

Princess Girly Girl is alomost done with 3rd grade. My baby. What the heck. She was a little thing a few years ago and now she is completely pre-teen. She loves to spend time with me and do goofy things. Translation, I am still cool to her.

Next weekend is a scrapbook retreat I am hosting and I am so excited. I have gone to many of them and this is my first time hosting a small one. I am greatful for the the women that are helping me plan and get it all together. A weekend away sounds heavenly right now.

So I am sure the summer is going to go by just as fast and I will be asking you where did it go? It is only 8 weeks offically, cause that is all the girls get off school, even that is too short.

But can it slow down just a tad?
