Fire in the house

AUGH! The dryer caught on fire while I was not home. It was at the end of the cycle so I went to the store and left it running. I came home 45 minutes later and opened the garage door and there was black smoke billowing out. I turned on the hose and put it on the clothes that were on fire and ran inside to save the pets (2 dogs and a cat). Shoved them and the cat and Princess Girly Girl in the car. Princess Seriously was outside the car.

I did not think there was much more damage until I looked up and saw a flash of orange and realized that it was going through that part of the house by way of the beams. Came back outside screamed for Princess Seriously to call 911. She did and I was racing to put the fire out. The fire trucks came and took over and there is major damage to the garage and Princess Seriously’s room. I have a huge hole in the roof. We have smoke damage and will have about 2 months of repair work ahead.The good news, I came home when I was not going to. I rescued my animals. I still have a home, smoky, but I have a home....I am so blessed and we are so loved by God. Our friends have been good to us.....
